Directions
For five days, in the morning and at night, apply the designated single-use ampoule to freshly cleansed and toned skin. Gently sweep serum across face until the serum has been fully absorbed. Wear an SPF in the day time during the programme. Place the ampoule opener or a tissue correctly on the top of the vial. Hold the ampoule firmly from the bottom, in a vertical position. Using your other hand, press the ampoule opener to one side, at the neck of the ampoule, until it breaks.

Place the ampoule opener correctly on top of the vial neck. Hold the ampoule firmly from the bottom in a vertical position. Using your other hand, press the ampoule opener to one side at the neck of the ampoule until it breaks. Keep hold of the ampoule opener to use throughout the course.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE AMPOULES EVERY DAY?
Yes, for optimum results you must apply the AM ampoule in the morning and PM ampoule in the evening, daily for 5 days.
SHOULD I WEAR AN SPF?
During the programme, we encourage you to wear an SPF in the daytime.
